Our weight loss programs use compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, GLP-1 medications that help reduce appetite and support steady weight loss. Every program starts with a free telehealth consultation with one of our practitioners. From there, you can get your weekly injections at any of our four locations or have your medication shipped to your home.

How Long Does IV Therapy Take?

Most standard IV drips at SurvIVe take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Specialty infusions such as NAD+, high dose glutathione, and high dose vitamin C can take longer, depending on your dose and goals. Vitamin injections take just a few minutes.

The Team Behind Your Treatment

Andrea Holley

JD, FNP-BC

Leads day-to-day operations at SurvIVe. She brings 24 years as a Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse and 17 years as a Texas health law and hospital risk management attorney, combining clinical empathy with regulatory expertise. In 2020, she earned her Family Nurse Practitioner license to expand SurvIVe’s wellness and clinical offerings.

Ernesto Guido

Serves as SurvIVe’s Medical Director and guides all clinical decisions and treatment protocols. He draws on deep expertise in neurology, psychiatry, and integrative therapies, including specialized IV infusions, and is a strong advocate for preventive medicine.
